Who we are
Vesper Aerospace is a boutique tech house built around one idea: that aerospace-grade delivery discipline is worth applying well beyond aerospace.
We are deliberately small and deliberately senior. There is no pyramid, no bench to keep busy, and no layer of juniors between the people who scoped your engagement and the people doing the work. That constrains how much we take on, which is the point.
Eleven years, and what came before
The company has been registered and trading since 2015. Behind it sits more than twenty years of aerospace experience: airframers, tier-1s, manufacturing, in-service support — which is where the delivery habits come from.
That combination is the whole proposition: long enough in the industry to know how regulated programmes actually run, small enough to move at the speed the work needs.
Where we are

Infrastructure runs on OVH France. That is a deliberate choice, not an accident of procurement: for aerospace and defence-adjacent clients, where the data physically sits is a question that comes up early.
We run what we sell
The clearest evidence that we build rather than just advise is that we operate our own production software.
LutinRouge is a full nursery-management SaaS with five embedded AI agents and roughly 2,500 parent accounts, built and operated by Vesper. Five more agents handle our own operations: executive assistance, accounting, systems administration, client messaging, data operations.
None of these are demos. They run daily, they break occasionally, and we maintain them. That is a different kind of knowledge from having read about it.

We hire selectively, and only when there is real work to do.
What we look for is people who can hold a client conversation and then go and build the thing. The combination is rarer than either half. Data engineers, business consultants, AI-agent builders.
